Dickson to Oversee U.S. Leasing Activity and Assist with Development Initiatives
PHOENIX, September 13, 2023 – David Dickson has been named Director of U.S. Industrial for Hopewell Development LP (“Hopewell Development”). In this role, he will primarily be responsible for leasing of the firm’s growing U.S. industrial footprint that includes existing and planned projects in excess of 5.5 million square feet.

Not only will he oversee the day-to-day leasing activity, but also play a key role in acquisitions and development activities as we expand our U.S. footprint.”
David previously served as Director of Development for Wentworth Property Company focusing on leasing, acquisitions, financial analysis, due diligence, entitlements, and design coordination. Prior to joining Wentworth, David worked for 3CDC, a Cincinnati development company specializing in multi-family and mixed-use developments in downtown Cincinnati.
David holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Arizona in addition to a Master of Architecture and Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a member of NAIOP and life member of Executive Council Charities.
